       Time to compose the essay , information galore I have sift through it and decide which is most relevant. Prior to this I thought  collecting the research was difficult, now I now different this is a mammoth task!!!!!  

Visited PRONI on a wet day ,with an academic colleague in tow.  Registered and were advised of process, was bewildering. Spent 5 hours and found  very little evidence associated with my chosen subject.

This interesting undated  publication provided a little information, but really interesting facts regarding Warrenpoint

 

Telephoned Bagnels Castle to enquire regarding any relevant information on Famine in Warrrenpoint/Newry area unfortunately nothing available advise to research Hall Estate papers.
The papers are held in PRONI in Belfast.

Emigration to Quebec
